Role Overview 

The Product Marketing Lead will be at the forefront of shaping Ariox’s market presence, value proposition, and growth trajectory. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, creating impactful product strategies, and providing a clear differentiation of Ariox’s innovative, iPaaS services and solutions.  

As the Product Marketing Lead, you are essential in creating high-value product content and assets that drive sales, inform customers and prospects, and deliver effective marketing strategies. This role will empower the sales team to effectively position the product and assist marketing in creating engaging and impactful content for both existing and prospective customers. 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Vision and Roadmap 

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategic vision in alignment with the product vision and roadmap. 
  • Collaborate to define and refine future product design and capabilities.  

Lead and Demand Generation Content 

  • Create and equip sales teams with the resources and materials required to effectively sell, position, and drive awareness, including decks, product demos, collateral, videos, etc. 
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to ensure content is effectively distributed across various online channels. 
  • Create engaging content that resonates with both existing customers and prospective audiences. 

Product Positioning and Messaging 

  • Research and develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. 
  • Ensure all product content aligns with the overall brand strategy and market positioning: 
  • Create and maintain technical sales materials including sales decks, battle cards, videos, and sales sheets.  
  • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and materials to effectively sell the product.  
  • Develop compelling content that drives demand and generates leads.  
  • Ensure content effectively communicates the value proposition and unique selling points of our products and services.  
  • Define and maintain buyer personas and ideal customer profiles to guide marketing and sales initiatives.  
  • Ensure that marketing campaigns and sales strategies are targeted and effective.  

Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Customer Feedback 

  • Conduct initial market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to inform on market trends and competitor activities. 
  • maintain relationships with advisory firms such as Gartner and others to gain industry insights and feedback. 

High-Value Product Content Creation 

Customer Advisory Board (CAB) 

Customer Experience Management 

  • Oversee the customer experience across all touchpoints, from onboarding to ongoing product use. 
  • Implement surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve the customer journey. 
  • Use customer insights to influence product development and overall customer engagement strategies. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • 5-8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or integration solutions sector. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
