Director, Product Management

Description

Job Description: Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market demands. Collaborate with senior leadership to define product priorities, success metrics, and long-term vision. Ensure alignment between product initiatives and the company’s technology and business strategies. Direct the entire product development lifecycle, from backlog grooming and sprint planning to deployment and quality assurance. Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring adherence to agile and iterative development methodologies. Act as the bridge between internal stakeholders, customers, and the development team, ensuring that product goals are met and that technical solutions align with both business needs and client-specific requirements. Lead sprint review meetings, presenting new features, updates, and progress to internal stakeholders, including directors, sales, and marketing teams. Leveraging machine learning and AI to enhance performance capabilities and ensuring seamless transitions from development to production environments with minimal downtime. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in all product initiatives. Continuously optimize processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and team performance.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Experience: 3 years experience as Fullstack Developer, Sr. Fullstack Developer, Software Developer, Technical Lead or Product Manager. 

Special Skills: The position requires 3 years experience with
(i) software development;
(ii) MongoDB & SQL; 
(iii) coding languages C#, .NET & Javascript; 
(iv) RESTful APIs; 
(v) Git version control; 
(vi) Agile Development Methodologies; and 
(vii) relational & non relational databases; 
and 18 months experience working with iPaaS Integration as a Service; and Lumino integration platform.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Work Location: 2370 Leaning Oaks Dr. NE, Grand Rapids, MI  49525. Benefit of working remotely from home anywhere in the U.S. is available for this position. 

Travel: Occasional (5%) travel, 2 to 3 times per year, nationally for meetings.
